I went to AutoNation Nissan @8am the young lady told me they were only doing appointments due to being short of staff. She made me an appointment for the next day at the same time. Everything went smoothly. They did not take all day to do my oil change. The guy made an suggestion about flushing out my transmission when I reach 120,000, he explained why & everything I really appreciated that. LaSonya was very nice & friendly. I love her customer service skills & knowledge of thing's. She was down to earth at the same time of being professional. Lasonya also explained to me why she thinks I should consider certain thing's about my car as well !!! Because of Lasonya Hardin I will forever come back to AutoNation Nissan...

What's the purpose for an appointment when you still have to wait hours before a service advisor comes to let you know what's going on with your vehicle. I only get my tires from AutoNation and they're just a little over a year old and they are DRY- ROTTED, I feel and I believe they were like that when they where put on my vehicle, AutoNation Nissan would NOT even try to accommodate me at ALL!!! The tires where DEFECTIVE from the warehouse, and I'm VERY DISPLEASED WITH AutoNation Nissan Hacks Cross in Memphis tn. They receive NO STARS!!

Steve O(Salesman) and Demetrius(Finance) are VERY knowledgeable about their work! They have EXCELLENT customer service and ALWAYS makes me feel welcomed everytime I come into the establishment! I have bought two cars from here. My first car was a 2017 Nissan Sentra. Unfortunately, after only having it a year, it was wrecked and got totaled. I purchased a used car cash in February of this year after being hit in a head on collision Jan 31st of 2023. I understand it was used vehicle but mind you I have purchased a used car from AutoNation (Covington Pike) before so I trusted this company. As I am making this review I sit here with a vehicle that's motor is blown 90 days later and also I have not received the title which they say was filed 4/19/23 two months after the purchase. Just sharing my experience for people like myself who can not fit a large car note into daily life as so many of us cannot at this present time please be cautious . Thank you

When we arrived with our truck -the front desk specialist asked for our warranty paperwork, (that was needed for the required service). At first, I was upset that the Rep from the appointment call, did not set us up for success. She said it should be in the system.We needed our warranty paperwork. I like to be prepared. So we start searching for it in our glove compartment..FOUND IT!!! The same front desk specialist, Dashara was so cool in delivering her explanation that it made me forget about the phone conversation.. I have found that customer service in most businesses, is a dying concept but Nissan on Hacks Crossing, has a True Gem - Dashara.. So from now on, I will request Dashara for ALL my customer service needs.. Thank you Dashara, because you have even taught me a lesson to be even more “cool” in my customer service delivery on my job. Again, thank you!

The oil change was fine. My issue is the hidden fees that they charge with an oil change. For example, you have to pay for windshield wiper fluid which is $2.99 and they now started charging $1.25 for something called Clorox360 I believe. I asked the representative what that was and they had no idea. This kind of stuff frustrates me to no end.

They fixed my brake light sensor which was preventing my car from starting. They sent me texts and updates and gave me the cost before the work was done. My only complaint is that they didn’t look at the hatch button on my vehicle which was listed on my online appointment request but wasn’t entered by the agent when I dropped the car off.

My rep - SHERRELLE TARVER TAYLOR- walked me through the vehicle checks and ensured that I understood what was reviewed and how my vehicle was scored and she confirmed that the replacement had been successful. I really appreciated how helpful and kind everyone was.

I flew in from Indiana to purchase a cargo van, utterly disgusted with my experience. The sales associate informed me that I was interfering with his haircut time but insisted that he’d still take care of me. The van was having issues during the text drive, so he took it to service and I assume he went and got his haircut. I waited over 3 hours for them to “look at” the vehicle and see what the problem was. They found nothing apparently. So because I had already flown in on a one way ticket I didn’t want to waste a trip or more money getting back home. I asked multiple times for a warranty and the general manager assured me he would give me a good deal. In total I sat here for over 5 hours waiting.. They offered absolutely no compensation, no money off and no warranty. Distasteful. What they presented was some warranties that I could not take advantage of because none of the service providers were located in my area. So they showed me the minimum coverage that I could pay for as an extended warranty and that was over 5 grand not even including GAP coverage. I am completely disappointed and annoyed with my experience. I would NOT recommend and these sales reps, along with the gm is a joke. The limited warranty that I’m driving off the lot with is good for 5 days or 250 miles but considering the 6 hour drive home, it’ll expire before I make it back. I will be looking for an extended warranty outside of this company. Not worth the headache.

I am very displeased with the service I received. My check engine light was on and I was having issues with starting my vehicle. My battery was new (bought a few days ago). I was supposed to receive a diagnostic of my vehicle and when the technician came to speak to me they told me that the only thing wrong with my truck was a faulty battery. They did not run a full diagnostic (I heard this straight from the technician) The only thing they did was check the battery but wanted to charge me for a full diagnostic price. Once I got back in my vehicle, my check engine light was still on! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back to this location for any servicing needs.

The vehicle was not worth repairing due to the potential cost being higher than the value of the vehicle. Young Lee was an amazing salesman that helped me find my perfect car! I recently was in search of a car and tried several places and the only person that truly helped me was Young Lee! I called him one night when AutoNation Nissan was close to closing and he told me to come on over! I test drove the vehicle I thought I wanted and we scheduled another appointment the next day to discuss more details. When I came in the next day, Young Lee had me test drive another car that he went out of his way to help me find and I ended up purchasing that vehicle. The people on the phone were very friendly. When I first arrived to the place I had to change where my car was parked three times. If there was appropriate signage or people outside telling you where to go that would have saved a lot of time and trips inside. My technician was not very personable and he mumbled. I was the one leading the whole conversation. I brought my car in to get the catalytic converter checked because that is what another mechanic told me I needed replaced. When I got a phone call about what needed to be done, the first thing that was mentioned was that my transmission needed to be replaced. I had to ask to see if they even checked for the catalytic converter. I did not end up getting the transmission replaced. I was a little offended they even told me that needed to be replaced because it seemed like they were just trying to get money out of a young female who doesn’t know much about cars.

This is for the service department. Buying my 2023 Nissan from AutionNation Nissan was great, but having my new 2023 serviced was not great at AutoNation Nissan. I had my first oil change service done here. I could not get in to have my second oil change done. I found another Nissan dealership in the area and where were horrified that AutoNation Nissan did not put the oil filter on my car correctly and I have been leaking oil!!!!!! I could have BURNT MY ENGINE UP!

The era of sleazy car salesmen is OVER!!! I felt like I was in such trustworthy hands working with Steve on the car sale and Marcel on the paperwork. These two prioritized my financial needs and truly listened to and met me where I was at. I walked away with a vehicle I didn’t think I’d be able to get and for a monthly payment that doesn’t force me to live outside my means. Steve truly listened to what I wanted out of a vehicle and matched me with something I didn’t expect, but checked every box. My salesperson Phoebe Miller was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicles, was very hospitable and made my mother and me feel like family. I purchase a vehicle in September 2022. And there was issues with the molding around my front windshield. I numerous sent text messages & photos to my salesmen and had made three or four trips to the dealership to sign missed paperwork, etc. It has got to the extreme of me, pulling over to fix the molding on my windows. So on January 10 around 11:30 am I stop by the dealership. I was greeted at that time by the front lady . She had stated ti me that the manger was holding a meeting with the salesman personal. So I had a seat & waited until they finished. Upon the completion of the meeting, the store manager a tall African-American man approach me. Ask me my concern I have stated that I was coming up there to get my windshield fixed and to get the brackets to go on my windshield. I told him that I have been coming up here since September to get this procedure done on my vehicle. I explained to him that I was told I was waiting on parts to come in so he stepped away. Spoke with another gentleman they went and looked at my vehicle, came back in and told me give me a moment I think the parts in the back came back shortly to state it was and they want to pull my vehicle around to put the parts on there maybe about 15 to 20 minutes later my vehicle was pull back up front and one of guy for the service department said that the part was fixed properly and the molding around the front window sealed would have to be seen the glass repair on Monday . A Caucasian heavyset build guy with glasses came outside and I say that to him that I have to deal with this issue since September when I purchase it . And as a sense of he say yeah, I remember this vehicle I asked for a car because I needed to leave to make my previous appointment. That was at least 30 minutes away. By the time I’m very frustrated and I’m ready to go. I go back into the building to speak back with the gentleman to get out at a time or to see if I have to made an appointment for Monday repair of my vehicle. Once again, I want to sit down waiting like 10 more minutes went to my vehicle. I called and left a voicemail for this gentleman name Neal ( believe) still to this day I have not received a voicemail or text or email from this guy containing to my vehicle. Later on, I received a call and text message from my sales guy, Steven. He say to me I’ll bring the vehicle back on that Monday to be looked over by the glass repair company that was coming by to look at some other vehicles there at the car lot . So I made preparation to bring my vehicle up there and drop it off when I return to pick my vehicle up about 4:15pm I noticed that there is glue on my front windshield and a small crack. Also the shielding guards on the left and right side are still not sitting on my vehicle. Once again, I sent pictures & videos to my sales guy he apologize and that was the last of it. I am very disturbed on my vehicle being damaged. It may not be a new vehicle to them but it is to me . I still have to be watchful of the shield for them not to come out of place or be blown away within my driving. I truly would not recommend anyone at this time to this dealership. I need a oil change and I had an appointment but I canceled it because the service there just did not sit right with me not asking for the red carpet treatment but treating me as you want to be treated if you needed something done to your vehicle.

The process for getting a car under bankruptcy is hard. I think everybody should know what is needed and required from the person getting the car to the dealership. Once everything was straightened out. Then I got my car. I was pleased. A lot of people don’t know the letter you get from bankruptcy court. The bank that finance your car wants the letter to be dated within 30 days of getting your car.

I expect that if you give a customer time for service that means you are ready to help the customer. I have been there two times within a week and each time (after 1 hour) I checked in on the status and it was not even taking to the workshop. I was not happy each time because I have to wait more than 2 hours for a service that takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Difficult to contact, and took it in twice for the same issue only to be told the 2nd time that I needed an $8,000 transmission job. This was AFTER taking it to a transmission specialist who told me there is nothing wrong with the transmission and I would need to take it to Nissan. Still have no idea what is wrong with my vehicle but I know for a fact that I’m not having a $8,000 job done by people who didn’t seem all that interested in my business to start with, especially with the high probability that it has nothing to do with my transmission.

I called the service department and made an appointment to take my truck in and wait while a diagnosis was done. I arrived at the dealership at the time of my appointment only to be told that they do not know why I was told I could wait that it was going to take 2-3 days to even do a diagnosis and then it would take 2-3 weeks for the parts to arrive and make the repairs. I can understand it taking time for the parts to come in but why could I not have my car back in the meantime. Also why would I make an appointment as a waiter to be told it would be 2-3 days. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they were not available so instead I left. I called the dealership later and asked to speak with the service manager but they were not available but was told a message was left for them to call me. Today is the 3rd day and still no return phone call. Bad customer service

Wish I had passed this 1 up. The reviews were bad. I am traveling nurse and needed my car service and my car light was on . I have been back twice with items not done or taken care of when car was returned to me. They don't have a shuttle service when you get there some person drives back in your car with yoy which unfortunately under comfortably and misleading. I don't like strangers driving my car. I got it back all mirrors seats moved . The stirring wheel moved and not locked back. I almost got in wreck due to everything moved. I requested details and they rinsed off dirt. The list overwhelmed me so I will have to get back back and say pass this location up

-10/10. 1st visit it took them 3 hours to replace a fuel cap. 2nd visit I scheduled thinking my splash guard was rubbing against something and I heard a noise but told the SA I wasnt sure. 4 hours later they replaced the splash guard for nearly $400. I didnt get out. Of the parking lot to know the noise was still there. The “mechanic” came back to say I needed rear rotors and brake pads replaced. They let me drive off knowing I needed this repair and the “mechanic” stated “It was a lot going on. I didnt hear it” How can a mechanic or person who knows about cars not know that. Even if he didnt hear it, the multipoint inspection should have shown the brakes were bad. I could hear the grinding and I know nothing about cars. I spent $900+ & 8 hours at the dealership. Additionally, there is a hole exposing a pulley system or belt under the front tire. As a reputable business, I would think they wouldve informed me of this because to my knowledge this is part of the splash guard as well. Even if it isn’t, I should have been informed. I could’ve taken my vehicle to a shade tree mechanic and gotten better service. I will be escalating the issue by writing a letter to the service manager and other administration. Not only were they going to let me leave with worn brake rotors that could have led to a dangerous accident but who knows what this other oversight can lead to. This is unacceptable and shady business. Deplorable.

I'll start out with the positive. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Facility is clean and comfortable. Now the negative. I needed a new fuel pump. Easy enough. I wish I had watched the YouTube video beforehand on how to do it, because it's really very straightforward. Should take a novice like me about thirty minutes. However, AutoNation charged me $230ish for the pump (fair price) but then over $700 for the labor, for a job that was about the most straightforward job I've seen done. Next time, I watch the YouTube video before taking it to a dealer. And next time, I find someplace other than AutoNation and their exorbitant labor fees. Chapter 2. Ended up back at AutoNation because I needed fast help and the other Nissan service centers had no availability. I will say that the staff are friendly as their employer is fleecing you. They charge over $170/hour for labor and mark up parts by a lot. The latest wrinkle is that they told me what needed done. I left a message on their voice mail to proceed. A week later I called back for a status. The service guy says they don't check voicemail because they don't have access codes. Are you kidding me? And he wouldn't tell me when my car would be ready. Don't know what I'm paying for... Certainly not expediency. Didn't even get an apology.

First they diagnosed at leaking radiator but failed to see that heater coil pump hose blown off on the firewall. My uncle, a disabled shade tree mechanic, found the problem with minimal lighting within 5 min of looking under the hood. I was quoted a price for a radiator, which could have been bad but never the part that was seen to be the root cause. This was told the service agent when the truck arrived via tow. Despite this fact the tech never saw the hose dangling. I did question this and brought my concern to the service manager. After having my truck repaired, I noticed the check engine light was still on. When I contacted Nissan they told me that I had a bad catalic converter. This was nowhere on the paperwork presented but not explained to me. I stopped taking my car to Nissan because they cheated me on a battery, I see I should have stayed away. Service is 40% of why you buy a vehicle. This department left me hanging.

What started off as a decent experience in January, has led to an awful, unorganized, unprofessional mess. Long story short: doing business here will only lead to unnecessary stress due to a lack of being thorough and terrible communication. We bought the car in January. Our tags have YET to come through and we’re going into May. So, we’ve had to get drive out tag after drive out tag. Today, we’re called back after inquiring earlier about yet ANOTHER drive out tag, stating that the old tags from our previous car were supposed to be “transferred” to our new car. When exactly was this to be done? Oh, when we bought the car. Months ago. So, now, we’re having to deal with an unnecessary mess from AutoNation who obviously doesn’t know how to conduct their business accordingly. My mom even had the heart to thank the two salespeople who “helped” us, Shannon and Louis, with a nice gift for each when we bought the car. Following that, when we reached out with questions, etc, Louis straight up ignored my mom’s texts, never had the respect to respond (the deal was done so, go figure) and Shannon never followed up with tag info or an issue with one of the key fobs. They’re just another greedy car dealership who doesn’t care. 🤷🏾♀️This is such a small, simple thing that should’ve been handled MONTHS ago that now has heavily inconvenienced the customer.

Not good. Who doesn't check the battery during a tune up? They don't! Took the car in for a tune up. Mentioned an intermittent problem. After $1100, the problem was still there. When it acted up again, I ran it by only to be told I needed an appointment...hello intermittent?!? Turned out it was the battery cable(which was checked at the suggestion of an obviously better shop). Will not be taking any of my vehicles here again.

Very terrible service. I brought my wife's car up to to be serviced as I had an appointment. Got called back 30 mins later saying they couldn't work on the car due to not being a previous customer. Also was told that they couldn't work on cars under 2013. Which is ridiculous. Never stated that on the website or bo sign up saying that. Communication was horrible and ridiculous. I never experienced the maker of the car can't service there own cars. Smh. I would never get a Nissan ever again though it was my wife's car.

I brought back my vehicle when the intermittent problem was occurring because I was told after the tune up that unless it was doing the dash lights yellow/surge/chug thing when hooked up, the machine would not be able to tell what the problem was. I was turned away and told I would need an appointment. Ummm, it is intermittent. Nope still need an appointment. Needless to say, I did not make an apt. the problem turned out to be a loose battery cable...which should have been found in the $1100 tune up that was just done, never going there again.

Better visit this time, a lot of new people. Last visit, I had a deductible in my invoice, charges. I determined this was a "padded charge" for a donation to the American Cancer Society! I received a "Thank You For Your Donation" email, from the American Cancer Society. I was expecting the same thing on this visit and I shared this with cashier. She assured me, all of my charges would accurate and correct. It appears she was right!! I was prepared to contact the Consumer Affairs Division of the State Attorney General Office.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Sales lady was great , but as we all know , they can not negotiate, all others were very un personable and very hard to work with. Also , advertising said it came with 2 key bobs ,only got one , and was promised they would do some touch up paint on some scratches but was also a lie. And they are not concerned about customers because no one has reached out to me since I left the lot, wishing now I would have not went thru with the purchase

This is the WORST experience I have ever had! I will never deal with or buy from them again! I had my hood latch “repaired” on July 9th because it was on recall, picked it up, and assumed that they fixed it. Well fast forward to August 29, my 2013 Nissan Altima that was “fixed” starts smoking and guess what, my hood won’t open, won’t even budge! We call Auto Nation because I can no longer drive safely and can’t find out what it is, so they order us a tow truck to come get my car this is around five thirty and was quoted an estimated time of 30minutes to an hour. At 7:35, the tow company finally calls and states they will arrive in 20 minutes. Auto Nation closes at 8:00 so I call to let them know the tow truck THEY ORDERED was running late and the receptionist at 7:41PM proceeded to tell me that it didn’t matter if they ordered it, if it weren’t there by 8:00PM they couldn’t get in, then I ask for her name and she HANGS UP ON ME! So I call back and speak to the manager on duty who is willing to wait; HOWEVER, if they did their jobs the entire situation could have been avoided! I cannot wait to get out of Nissan and never deal with this company again! On top of that, my husband had to run his car and use SOO MUCH GAS as we waited for the tow truck for two hours because it’s August in Memphis!

The owner is over charging by almost 100% MSRP, AFTER you come to pick up your car that you ordered. When you tell him “I’m not paying $25k more than what you quoted me”, he keeps your deposit and the car, then lists it online for double. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Should you find yourself in the car market, DO NOT choose AutoNation, especially not AutoNation Nissan Memphis. I signed a sales sheet and paid a deposit on a Nissan Proto Spec Z (at MSRP of $54,915) on Aug. 11, to have the GM call me the next day with a $25k "addendum." I emailed the SE Market President who admitted the salesperson and sales manager made a mistake and that the GM should have told them about the addendum. He offered to take $10,000 off for "my trouble." No, I said - I want the car at the price I agreed to. I escalated to corporate via email and social media. They escalated back to the GM and then the market president...?? When I pointed out that I'd already spoken to them, they asked for 24 more hours, by which point - today - the car had arrived in Memphis. Now, the GM is refusing to abide to his own corporate customer care team's timeline and is refunding my deposit, against my wishes. So, the car I spent HOURS contacting SO MANY dealers to find... agreed to buy... was willing to drive to Memphis to purchase... is no longer mine, even though I never said I didn't want it. Screw you, AutoNation. You suck. 🤬

I was there at Auto Nissan of Hack Cross, Memphis last Friday 8/5/2022 for both an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Ms DeShara Grandberry was more than "courteous" she was respectful and takes her job and the customer concerns seriously. I really appreciate her and could not ask for a better service advisor. I would without any doubt recommend her to any of my friends who owns a Nissan to her for her service. After having to be without a car and the insurance company at the last minute after having my car in the shop for 2 months to total it out I was on a hunt for a car. After several calls to different dealerships AutoNissan was my final decision all thanks to Patrick. Patrick was so professional and nice. He went above and beyond to help me find a car in my budget. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and found out that I also needed to replace my rear brakes. Since I had around 65,000 miles on the vehicle, I had wondered if I might be in the need for new ones. All of the service was completed in less time than they had estimated and I was able to leave in time to get on a conference call at home.

This is review is for the service center. I dropped the car off for a simple oil change and tire rotation and signed up for text alerts. We arrived for our appointment at 830 am and were able to talk to a representative quickly. She offered a windshield wiper change as well and I said yes. About 4 hours goes by with no communication. I call the dealership to check the status and they say it’s ready. We arrive to pick up the vehicle for the rep to tell me she didn’t call and it’s not ready yet. She then checks again and determines it is ready. I also determine they did not replace the windshield wipers. After 4 hours of waiting I am now in a hurry and can’t wait for them to do it. Lack of communication and not completing the job as described receives two stars. After posting the review, the service manager reached out to me to apologize for my experience. About a week later, I returned to the service center because the skid plate that has to be removed in order to perform the oil change was not tightened properly and was hanging on loosely by a single screw. Upon talking to the service manager, Mike McMullen, his response was “sometimes that happens” meaning that the screws sometimes become loose. Hopefully that response doesn’t apply to more important fixes as lug nut torque or brake bracket torque or any other screw torque that matters. Mike offered me another free oil change on top of the one he gave me for the original bad experience. I then requested a refund to which he responded he was unable. This is the most unprofessional service experience I have ever had and will never return. I will also inform anyone interested to go elsewhere. I have now talked to the manager of the dealership Ed Lewis who informed me that no refund is available because the services were performed. I then asked to speak to his boss and he said “I am the boss.” So, to sum it up, bad service is acceptable and refunds are unavailable as long as the services are performed and the problems are fixed regardless of the potential of harm to myself, my family, my vehicle, and anyone else in the surrounding area.

I explained the need to travel & it was time to change the oil/ light was on. I told him I could be there first thing the next morning, if it was even at all possible. I had the worst experience with this dealership. They sold me a 2022 Nissan Armada and within days the check engine light was on. The general manager Edwin Lewis was so rude and showed no compassion during this ordeal. He would not get us out of the deal and we had to contact our lender to cancel the deal on the truck. I will never shop with Autonation again. The finance manager Demetrius was very nice and Sonya in service has always been helpful. I don’t trust the sales department at all. As I was leaving today they were even trying to sell another couple the same car that has a check engine light on it. Horrible!

My experience with this Company has been very bad, I bought a Nissan Marano used that needed a clip on the front end. I have had my car for one month and Autonation Nissan has wasted my time with this car claiming that they were going to fix the problem. and each time the car was setting up and nothing was being done. They have had the vehicle more then I have, in one months time. The car has been with them sense 12th and it the 19th only to put a clip on the front end. They keep wasting my time with this car and they have sold the car that I have sold them. This has been the worse car experience I have ever had with the purchase of a vehicle in my life. This was suppose to be the car of my dreams but turns out to be the worse experience ever. They have been wasting my time and gas all month long to were they have put more miles on the car then I have and used more gas then I have. While my car is still sitting at the shop they gave me a versa which was a "slip in the face" because this is a car that I would even buy for one of my kids. The sales people are very unprofessional and keep lying like they have fixed the problem and pushing the blame from one to another. Mean while I am without my car and it's time to make a payment on the car. I may have had my car a total of one week and it has been a month now sense I purchased it. This is very bad business.

I recently purchased a used vehicle, which would ultimately be sold without a warranty (AS/IS); however, I was told that the vehicle had not been In-service and that they would do their full point inspection before it was sold. I paid my deposit for them to hold the car, and was told that if the service to repair for them was more than what they paid, they would not sell me the car. I told them DAY ONE that the car was making a roaring sound, this is on the deposit day. I was assured everything would be checked out. I got the car and it ended up running hot, day one, and I also told them that I still here the roar. Now they did repair the cooling system, but a car SHOULD NOT be sold with bad wheel bearings, because this car could have been financed and they would have fixed it. How did they not notice this in their CHECK? Recently, I tried to blow the horn and it did not blow? You are telling me a 100 point inspection was done and none of these issues were found? The sales manager Jill was great and so was Phoebe, no issue with the people but the service, definitely a failure because I made sure to mention ROARING noise when I got in the car before the deposit. IF they couldn't fix it, they could have told me and then I would have decided. I love the car. but these are both SAFETY ISSUES of which a car, from such a reputable dealer, should not be SOLD, under warranty, without warranty, or however you want to put it.

Hello My name is Tonya Turner-Norphlet and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Challenger from Auto Nation Nissan on January 28, 2021 here in Memphis, TN. I have only had the car for 2 months now and I have had some concerns with the car. Mr. Edwin Lewis and the service team have been taking care of me when dealing with problems/concerns with my car. I took my car back on last week April 7th and I just picked it back up on April 14th due to the windshield molding and the cow was needing to be replaced. The molding and the cow was dry rotted and they had to replace the windshield in order to get to the molding. When I got the car back the dash board in the car was buckling out around the vents and by the windshield. I have pictures of the damage and I also showed the service supervisor and Mr. Lewis the damage to my car. I spoke with the service person and Mr. Lewis about this problem to see if they could tell me how this happened. I also took my car to Dodge on April 15th to see what the problem was and they informed me that it was caused by the heat that was used to replace the windshield. I informed Mr. Lewis on April 15th and April 20th and he stated that there was nothing they could do about that. I took my car to their service department for one problem on April 7th and now I’m getting it back on April 14th with another problem that I cannot afford to get I fixed. Since I’ve had the car, I have only driven it once or twice to see if there were any concerns before I let my son take it back to school. I have spent out to much money to purchase this car from a reliable dealership and this is what is going on now. My friend @Tonya Turner took Jaylen's car there for a repair and when I got it back the dashboard was messed up! $3000 worth of damage and now Corporate office is saying go back and talk to the general manager which is black (Ed Lewis) and he said that it would have happened eventually over a period of time. “Reserved” a car and scheduled appointment. Arrived and was told salesperson was running late but she did not want to let anyone else assist us. She arrived 35 minutes late with no apology or explanation. Then proceeded to tell us the car we “reserved” was just sold. Clearly that was a lie considering we arrived just after the dealership was open. She shrugged like it was no big deal and said she had another car we could look at. Was emailed an "estimate" for 3 different repairs that looked like something a 5th grader would send, not a billion dollar company. I called a local repair shop and they quoted me $455 for the same repair/part Auto Nation wanted $1130. We did agree for them to repair one item in order to get the truck running. The lady requested the last 4 digits of my husband's social security number and said she needed it because he was authorizing the repair over the phone. His mistake-he gave it to her. He is not computer savy and although he knows not to give his SSN out to anybody he didn't realize someone could commit identity/credit theft with a name, address and the last 4 digits of a social. So I spent an hour making sure his credit is locked down. Once again a billion dollar company should be able to send an authorization to repair that can be electronically signed and not having their employees ask for last digits of a customer's social secutity numbers. First and last time dealing with AutoNation. Shady estimates, ripoff repair costs and shady business practices.

I’m very fortunate my parents purchased and paid off a 2015 Nissan Sentra in 2016 for me as a graduation present. Ever since I’ve had it Auto Nation Nissan Memphis has screwed us ROYALLY. 1)if you want to make an appointment, expect to make several phone calls, be on hold, rude answers with no real information, and your car to still experience issues after issues. 2) once I had to bring my car back 4 times to fix an issue they would not double check or correctly fix - over a broken tail light- 2 times where I waited 45+ minutes in the waiting room for them to tell me they didn’t have th part to fix it that day 3) I have 100,000 mile warranty with them. I called several times the last few days to see if my warranty would cover the thing that needed to be fixed and a tow (which is under my warranty/manual when my parents bought the car)- the woman on the phone today told me my car (which was inoperable) had to PHYSICALLY be on the lot to check / even tho over the phone they confused my sisters car and I for YEARS even with several corrections by the VIN number. 4) once I just needed my wheel lock replaced and the one off hacks told me I had to replace all the locks ($100+) , thankfully the only woman advisor took my outside and told me to drive to the farther Nissan to get just the lock replaced (a $30 charge) 5) the time it took me 3+ times to get my brake fixed, the rear middle brake light (which wasn’t the initial issue) was out as if no one check to see if it was all fine for the customer to pick it up the next day (I had taken off days off work for this). I was very upset and still , no remorse. My parents and I have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars there , purchasing new cars etc. they still have NO CARE for their CUSTOMERS, including the GM. I plead you plead , DONT buy a vehicle from them and certainly don’t expect service. It’s so disgusting and disappointing. If you need more, check their other reviews. Please go elsewhere and not waste your hard earned time or money.

If you own a Nissan I highly recommend you not have it serviced at AutoNation Nissan of Memphis. We took our Altima there for two items for repair. No word from them for SEVEN days. After EIGHT phone calls, two voicemails and a message, no one called back. A chat session with the online person behind the keyboard yielded no response. Went to pick up the car today and discovered NOTHING had been repaired. It had not been touched for eight days, just sat in the lot. The dealership does not even answer most of the phone calls to the main number. The coward dealership manager went to get his business card for me and was to bring it out to me- he never did. I placed a call to Auto Nation headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale and am waiting for a response. I will never do business with AutoNation Nissan of Memphis, or Auto Nation, again.

This is my second time here in the last two months. Customer service is horrible. The last month I made an appointment for an oil change and front brakes. I waited 4 and half hours just to be told that I needed front brakes. That's what the hell I was there for. So in that 4 hours I only got an oil change. I could have made oil from scratch in four hours. I called and talk to the manager , he apologize and told me to call him when I can bring it back in. I called and left plenty of messages. He did not return one phone call and after you put a bad review, they comment and tell you to call the General manager. I did, they didn't pick up or return my message . I went in today to get my brakes done. The lady remember me, she told the manager. He didn't give no care in the world, but he told me to call him and he would take care of it. I guess him talking care of the problem was for me to wait another 4 hours and pay full price. I was just so happy to leave. I will never return to this location again. I will never buy another Nissan vehicle in my life. Before , Nissan was the only vehicles I will drive. I bought my last two vehicles brand new from this dealership, so I probably paid off Matt ( the manager) house. I see why the other employees customer service is bad, look at their boss. Please don't comment under this review with call this number, no you call me. My number is on file. I will not watse another second on Nissan. This has got to be the worst dealership in tn. I came back today after a fail attempt last month to get my brakes done. On my last visit the manager told me to call when I was able to bring my car back in. I called and left plenty of messages. No one returned my call. After my review the corporate office told me to call, i did and left messages. Guess what , I haven't heard from them either. When I went today, the manager acted like he didn't care nothing about my situation. So now I see y the employees customer service skills are bad. Look at the boss. I only drive Nissan vehicle . My last three cars have been Nissan maxima brand new, two from this location. But after today, Nissan have lost a value customer. I will never buy another Nissan vehicle and I will go somewhere else to get work done to my car. I have never experienced so much bad customer service from a place of business. When I'm finished , I'm finished. I will never step a foot on this property again.

If you are in the market for a new or used car the sales staff CAN NOT be beat! BUT ONCE YOU NEED TO GET IT SERVICED FORGET IT!!!!!! I had to go 4 separate times to get a part put on. The first visit I was told that I just needed a part and that had to be ordered, no problem and the computers were down. Second visit I'm told that it'll be a while and they'll take me home and they'll pick me up when it's ready. Five hours later I'm told that they couldn't do it because authorization wasn't done. AND they couldn't pick me up to get my car! Of course I made them come. Third visit I'm told that they'll need have my car overnight due to the work load. They gave me a rental car that's less than a base model. I had the rental for 30 minutes before I realized that I can just come back another time. Fourth and final visit I was sitting there for 4 hours! I located the window where you can see into the area where they fix the cars. I watched as it took all of 10 minutes to put the part in. Five people have come in after me and left before me and I'm just sitting there. So on a scale from 1 to 10 how would you rate this experience? -5!

8 weeks of my transmission being rebuilt and still having issues. Took it back 4 times and never got anything fixed! One tech said it was transmission, and then we were told they had to get it on video to send. They stalled on everything for 3 weeks and we were told to pick it up and video it ourselves “because they didn’t have time to drive my car around all day to see what was wrong”! Sent in 5 videos of issue and head mechanic said “it was normal”. Got sick of the incompetence and run around. Took it to Cecil’s Automotive and they diagnosed it with coding and documentation in less than 24 hours.... and it IS the transmission. Horrible experience and such a waste of our time and money!

I strongly urge you not to deal with this company. We recently purchased a used Rogue from here, it had a small dent which they fixed after putting 70 miles on the car. When we got it back it had scratches on the back. When confronted with this they gave us an estimate of over $900. They also replaced the battery in the key fob, that lasted 45 days. They lie and take your money, they do not fix the problem.

Have done business with them for 15 years. Bought two cars the same day in 2010. The maxima with just 54,000 had $5,000 worth of work. Nissan USA paid $2000 of it. After this my car was making noise. Took it many times to Autonation Nissan and they said it was fine. Took to another place and the engine hadn’t been bolted when they did the work. Called the GM and he offered a free oil change. I could have died. Now same car 7,000 miles later has some of the same problems. Terrible service.

I brought my Murano in for some routine service and to track down a rattling noise from the drivetrain. The service was done well and the rattle diagnosis seemed to go quickly. However, I was never informed of who my service advisor was and I’m not sure the advisor knew either. I received one phone call attempting to explain the issue that existed with the rattle, but the advisor didn’t have enough details and planned to call me back before the close of business that day. That call never came. I called the following day to investigate and was told by a different advisor that they needed to speak with the actual technician to get a better description. I was told a return phone call would be within an hour. That call also never came. I called again on day 3 to see what was happening. All services were complete and since the rattle was going to be a $3500 repair I opted not to pursue it. So what ended up being a job that was completed within 24 hours of dropping the vehicle turned into 72 hours without my car. The last 48 hours was phone tag to discuss what the technician and advisor had known for some time. Very frustrating. The advisor did not charge me the diagnostic fee for the noise investigation which was nice. And he told me they had recently lost two advisors and were running thin as a result. That’s unfortunate, but having customers leave frustrated and potentially unhappy is worse.

Overall good experience, but three concerns. We were test driving a CPO vehicle, but just a few minutes into the test drive we heard a scraping sound from the left front wheel. We got it back to the dealership and the service department checked it out. A plate on the rotor was out of place. Resolved quickly, but surprised it was missed in their 150 point inspection. Second concern, some details indicated there were two keys included with the car, but when we took receipt of the car they could only find one, Looks like I am stuck buying a second key if needed. Final comment, entire process took quite a while, almost 4 hours and this was a cash deal.

I had an awful experience with your establishment. I financed a vehicle with your company on December 23, 2018. I signed the contract placed a down payment and presented my trade-in. On December 27, 2018, the financing Director Curtis Jones called me and stated that we should not have given you the car for the agreed amount. If you would like to keep the car you will need to put down more money. I was completely confused because the entire deal was closed over 72 hrs prior to his call. I asked for answers but never was provided. I submitted a complaint with Corporate pertaining this dealer location. I went back to get another drive out tag on January 22, 2019 because my licence plate had not arrived as of yet. When I went to visit Dealership. The financing mgr. Curtis Jones stated that he is going to get his Fxxkin Car back. He refused to give me another drive out tag and didn't want to acknowledge contract. I wrote a post dated check for my vehicle that he cancelled and kept my trade in and took my vehicle. Now, I have no car or my trade in . I was locked into the Dealership until I called the police regarding this matter. The police told me they never heard of a dealership allow someone to have a vechile for and entire month and then when they arrive to pick up a drive out tag tell them they have no deal. He suggested that I seek legal matter. I am trying to get my trade -in but I am being placed on hold or completely given the run around. I regret ever dealing with this Dealership. Bad investment. Horrible Service Never Again

I’m am completely Dissatisfied with what happen today. I Drove 5 hours from Ponchatoula Louisiana to buy a 2003 InfinitI i35. This is about a $4000 car, I’m not expecting it to be perfect, however when I called ahead and gave a deposit to hold the car I asked questions. The questions were direct, like is there any problem with the car? Dose everything work? Is there any rust? I was told NO there nothing wrong with it and it has none of those issues, we are an auto nation store , and all of our vehicles go through a point inspection and reconditioning. Well it was All a lie the car had several issues and was covered in rust, under the car and under the engine compartment. My sales person Phoebe gave me all false information on this vehicle. After I showed no interest in the vehicle she gets her used car manager Curtis or Cortez, he comes over being real short with me, telling me it’s a cheap car and he gave a whole bunch of Excuses which are the tools of the incompetent. All I asked for was Factual information, I hold a completely different Standard when it comes to buying a car cash or finance because, I am also in the car business. I’m a sales manager for a Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership. I simply was looking for a Particular type of vehicle I found it at AutoNation Nissan of Memphis called to inquire about the vehicle and was bamboozled and lied to. I wasted a whole day five hours driving there five hours driving back home without a vehicle.I did receive my deposit back and it supposed to be credited back to my account I will follow up on that in a few days to see if that happens. In closing I don’t recommend anyone by vehicle from AutoNation Nissan Memphis they’re all about a dollar and could care less about the customer. I’m not some bitter customer or someone trying to steal the spotlight, I’m a normal customer just like anyone else and I demand respect and dignity. Bad Service Experience: Since my survey was declined to be sent to me after my recent service experience, I will just do my survey here. My car is 2yrs old and still under warranty. I’ll first start with why I brought my car in, what they “did”, and then finish with the issues from this visit. And I don’t want some generic response from the dealership saying “please contact our GM to discuss your issue”. I was already told the service manager would contact me but it’s been a week and no call yet. 1) My Reason for the Visit: I had an ABS (brake) recall, my steering wheel creaked, I wanted my cabin air filter checked, and I had a few lighting issues (taillight and interior dome lights). 2) What they Did: After almost 2 weeks of being in service, they did the ABS recall, made my steering wheel creak worse & looked at the cabin air filter but did not latch back. My issue with this Visit: 1) Brake Recall: This issue is the reason I resorted to FB since they declined to send me my survey and this should be known. When you replace a major component of a car (like brakes) you should ALWAYS Test Drive the car...they did not. I knew this immediately because of the odometer reading between drop off and Pickup. When brought to the advisors attention before driving away, he made up excuses as to why they don’t do that. Seriously? That is a major lawsuit waiting to happen! 2) My steering wheel sounded worse when I picked up my car. Sure they looked at it and they did something but who knows what. It definitely was not the right part they chose to go with. The advisor made up the excuse that all cars in my model creak like that. Really? That’s the answer he chose to go with? Just tell me the tech doesn’t know how to fix it. 3) After checking the cabin air filter the tech did not latch it back. It sounded like I had an air leak flowing through my cabin on my way home. 4) At this point, I don’t think any of my lights were ever looked at. The next day, I made an appointment with another dealership. They fixed my steering wheel, cabin air filter and my taillight and I had my car back in 2 days. I fell in love with this particular dealership due to my sales experience. This is my second car I’ve purchased from this dealership and I chose to go here for service because I thought I’d get the same experience from them. I was very wrong. I seriously had thoughts of selling my car after this experience and go to a different model. Now that my car is fixed I love my car again.

I took my car in today for service and to have a recall checked. The service person called and told me my car failed the recall, they would have to confiscate it because it was at risk of blowing up, and they couldn't provide a rental car until tomorrow. When I explained I was 50 miles from home, they told me I'd have to find and pay for my own rental car today. I asked for my oil change to be comped because of this inconvenience and extra expense and was told they don't give discounts on oil changes. They showed absolutely zero concern over my being stranded 50 miles from home.

BEWARE!!! I live in Nashville Tennessee and found a car that I have been looking for, for a while at AutoNation Nissan in Memphis. I spoke with the internet salesman Brady Cayet and we agreed on the price for the car and I was informed the car was in great shape and ready to go, and I also have text proving that’s what I was told. I drove 3 1/2 hours to this dealership and when I saw the car it was a nightmare. The back bumper was broken, there was over 20 scratches to the clear coat on the body and more then 7 places where the paint had been scratched to the metal. The c pillars had dents in both sides and every corner of the front and rear bumper had been hit, and the windshield was cracked severely. I was not informed whatsoever of all this damage. I spoke with Derek Hinson one of their managers and he offered $1500 to cover the repairs and the rental for the time it would take to fix the car. I would have to find the body shop and get it fixed. He said that whatever wasn’t covered was on me. I can’t beleive a dealership would sell a car this way and not even tell a customer who is driving as far as I did for a car of all the damages. I was very disappointed and asked if they would even take care of my gas back home and they wouldn’t. Choose a different dealership for your car needs, because this one needs some new management.

I made an appointment and they got to me pretty quick. I guess the service department was so busy they seemed to half listen to me when I told them what I wanted to be check on my Juke. Then, they called to tell me what all I needed done to get everything "fixed". I was quoted over $500 for breaks and another $300 for all the items that "just need to be done because of the age of my car". I seriously just opted in to only have my oil changed and tires rotated, then took it somewhere else and had all the work done on things that actually needed to be changed for $100. I get that money needs to be made, but I'm sure it is the insane labor cost that puts it so incredibly high. I saved myself about around $700 by not actually getting the work done here. Honestly, I live so close to Autonation, but may not go back due to this.

Vehicle scheduled for Oil change and filter. After being serviced, I was shocked to learn that in addition to oil change, they had also rotated the tires. Had they checked the service record, they would have seen that the tires were rotated last September. The vehicle still has only 6295 (ca.) miles. I don't think that calls for the tires to be rotated twice with only that many miles. The service person did adjust the bill accordingly.

I was interested in a used minivan that was on their lot. I sent a internet inquiry. I was responded to promptly by a auto response. I was called the next day by a salesman. We had several lengthy conversations about the vehicle. My wife and I where going to drive 5 hours to buy this vehicle all of the sudden in the afternoon the salesman stopped all communications. He called me the next day toward the end of the day and said the vehicle had sold that afternoon before. My Appt. was at 8:30am. I needed an oil change and had to tell the person I had free oil change. 35 minutes later, he comes back and says I need a new rear window wiper blade, a brake flush and replace cabin filter. I ask to see the work order and said I have a versa with NO rear wiper blade and car is 14 months old and does not need a brake flush. I had to go check on my car, and it was ready. They had one person checking everyone out. Bobby tried to charge me for an oil change, and had to remind him of my extended warranty. This was the worst experience I have had at this dealership

I was very pleased. I walked in (without an appointment), told the serviceman what I was there for, he immediately took my information, told me to take a seat inside the service area, and indicated they would take care of it ASAP. It took a little longer than I had expected; however, I had no prior appointment, so I was very thankful that they were able to accommodate me at such a short notice.

I went to AutoNation Nissan on Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis TN to purchase a new 2017 Nissan Altima. I have been a long time Toyota Customer and wanted to try something different. I found the beautiful black Altima that I wanted and precede to negotiate this car. From the time I drove into the parking lot I notice their were 7 salesmen standing around waiting to help. I drove up to one group and ask where should I park and they was kind enough to direct me. A 3 hour wait to be told that they didn't have have any answers to my problems. It took a call from corporate to get the general manager to talk to me after I left. I went back in to be told that Nissan vehicles do not support iPhones and the lift gate problem was due to the trailer hitch that came on the car. I did get a car wash out of the experience.

I went to look at a 2017 Nissan Altima, I went on the 4th and ended having my mom cosign with me but she is not here in Memphis and they said it was fine. I didn't like the amount they ended up coming back with, so I said I needed some time to think. I went back on the 6th and it was a different sales and finance person. We got everything figured out, they wanted to charge me $500 to have the paperwork sent to Arizona for my mom to sign, even though there is an AutoNation in the same city. The finance manager ended up calling the AutoNation and spoke with the manager there and said I wouldn't have to pay the fee because they could overnight it there. I made sure I asked, when I come back in the morning if that would be the amount I would be walking out the door paying, and he said yes. I came back the next morning thinking it would be a quick process and it DEFINITELY was not! The day sales manager was trying to charge me the $500 fee to send the paperwork out again even though I was told it would be waived, I said I would not be paying that and my mom even came back and said she would pay to overnight the because there's no way it would cost $500. The day manager then said he didn't want to have anything else to do with it because he didn't know why the finance mngr approved that and that it wasn't for him to do and there were too many people in this deal even though there was only the 3 of us. The sales guy said because I came in on the 4th, those people are also in on it, even though I hadn't even seen them anymore. After being there 2 and half hours they finally waived the fee and said they would contact my mom to get her info, so they knew where the paperwork would need to be sent. Once I signed all the paperwork the finance guy said she would be contacted that day and the paperwork would be overnighted because they wouldn't let me keep the car until she signed the paperwork. She just wanted to make sure they didn't drag their feet when it came to sending it off so I would have a vehicle. As of today, they STILL have not called her and when I called and left a message, no one returned my call. It really feels like they don't even want to make a sale all because I said I wouldn't pay that $500 fee. I will say the second sales guy Ed, was VERY helpful and I appreciated everything he did, but the sales manager, Kenny just made me feel like I was wasting his time. I have no problem with them not wanting to make the sale over $500 but don't waste my time having me wait around and fill out paperwork if you're not going to follow through on your end of the deal, I'd rather just go somewhere else.

Do not buy from here. We were baited by them telling us they had a vehicle that had been sold over a month ago!!! We drove 2 hrs and the car was not there. Also the manager Kenny, got ugly with me, when I said I was going to do review, he stood up and said"Can I do a rating on you!!!" Had to take my 2015 Murano in for a recall, also had a problem with the engine light on. Got the recall fixed but had a problem getting the engine light to clear. The service guy worked hard to solve the issue. On the third trip to the dealer they found the issue and had to keep the car over night. Since we live over an hour away they gave me a rental car free for the night. Very nice.

I bought my 2013 Nissan Rouge at the end of 2012. I hesitantly, bought the oil change package and warranty. There is a sign above their service department that says express. Today, continued to be a disappointing long, uncomfortable wait. I had an appointment for an oil change at 2 pm and arrived at 1:40pm. I was told it would be 45 minutes to one hour. About 3:10 I inquired about my car. Around 3:15pm a lady came out nd told me I need ove $1,000 of service. I declined and was told they would have my car ready in 3 minutes. About 10 minutes later I asked for the manager who never appeared. I finally got my car and was able to leave after 3:30pm. The las time I had my oil changed I was told I needed new back brakes. I had brake work done at their facility just prior to that appointment, so I declined. The over $1,000 of repairs I was told I need today did not include my back brakes. This leads me to believe I did not need back brake repairs last visit. I will have them checked somewhere else. I would not return to their service department If I did not have their oil change plan.

The manager Cully and his manager treated me as a second rate person. I went to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue on April 15, 2016 and the car had a defect. The passenger seat had a vibration when I put the car in reverse. I never made it off the lot with the car. I went back in and the salesman Nate tried to assist me. He checked several others cars and they had the same vibration. He was the only one that tried to help me. The manager Cully and his manager would not speak with me they would not offer any other options and wouldn't even try to give me another car. He went and got my check for the car and didn't say I'm sorry we don't have anything right now just take your check for the full payment of $27000 and get out. I have never been treated this way by a car dealership. I called the complaint number to report my dealings with the Autonation Nissan dealership on Hack Cross.

Did not get the deal that was agreed upon originally. Made the deal both parties signed off on it, when it went to finance it changed " Oh yeah we couldn't do that deal lets renegotiate it". Not the salesman fault he done good, just bad business practices. First day I get home I realize one of the back up lights is not working...Looked at my list of items checked before the car is ready to sale...its checked as if they worked. Multiple mistakes made that I had to point out in the closing process: Wrong VIN on most paperwork Kept printing wrong deductibles on warranty paperwork Let me walk out without even handing them my down payment, I had to remind them about it. After getting home realized that my warranty paperwork had the wrong car on it. My drive out tag had the wrong car listed on it. The list goes on. In Closing Wife loves the car...just not happy with the process.

Just the absolute worst service. Buying the car was such a hassle. And then coming to get my first three free oil changes has been a frustrating experience every time. It always takes over an hour and the people helping out are completely incompetent. I highly recommend not buying a car at this location.

I arrived at the service department after having been stranded for a day because my car wouldn't start. I was immediately greeted by Mr Doug who assured me that he would take care of me and my car so that I could get to work. Sure enough, he checked everything I was concerned about thoroughly and reported back to me his opinion and a plan for service. It was all completed in time ever for me to get to work that afternoom. I will never go to another dealership again. Doug a day his team took care of my car and me in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. They were the greatest. I plan on going back for all my Nissan needs.

We bought a new Altima from AutoNation. It has now been 5 weeks and we have yet to receive our new tags. New tags. NOT transferring the tags. Called on a wednesday. Amazingly they shipped to our town the NEXT day. However the genius who filed them did not calculate the taxes correctly and now we have to wait even longer. We are driving on an expired drive-out tag. I was going to give a decent review and have recommended them to others, but no longer. As long as you think it should take 6 hours to buy a car, this is the place for you. As long as you plan to buy the 2nd car you looked at, and want to waste A LOT of time, this is the place for you. As long as you like to have to re-send them paperwork that they did not fill out correctly, this is the place for you. However, I have 3 kids (2 will be 16 soon) and my husband has to change cars every 4 years. You would think they would be happy with repeat business. I guess not. Still waiting on my tags....

My husband and I purchased a 2016 maxima. Love the car. Chris T was a great salesman, appeared to be knowledgable and went the extra mile to make the sale. The finance part seem to have taken along time and we wrote a check for he car. I do not rate the highest because that means there is no room for improvement and all Is perfect. I have already recommended sepne to find and see Chris.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano the day before Thanksgiving and had a great experience with them. They were not overly "pushy" and did a great job of explaining all of our many questions. I definitely recommend these guys and we received an excellent value for this purchase. The trade-in offer we received was right in line with what we anticipated. They made the whole process flow very smoothly and were respectful of our time.

We went to the dealership to check out several used trucks and SUV's we found on the website. While in the showroom the new Frontier struck our eye. After driving several used vehicles, we realized that the new Frontier was not that big a stretch. Our host was very patient and understanding - and we took a lot of his time. Ultimately, we chose to buy the new Frontier and we are delighted with the truck.

The buying experience alone was excellent; however each interaction afterwards has been unbelievably horrible. Incompetent does not begin to describe the staff. I cannot believe the way business is conducted at Nissan Autonation. By far the worst car buying experience of my life. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday. Calling, emailing, mailing, smoke signals and any other means of expressing my utter disappointment :-(

I posted this same review on Yelp.. that shows how much I enjoyed my experience and how much I love my new car!! :) I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Nissan Memphis 8/15/2015. The sales manager, the sales person and the finance manager were all polite, nice and made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. They also made sure that all the questions I had were answered and if they didnt know the answer to something, they were honest and told me that they would find out. They did, and got me the answer a shortwhile later. Every person I ran into also made sure that I found what i was looking for and offered me water and offered to answer any questions even though they weren't working with me. They were not pushy, over bearing nor chasing me down in the parking lot. I felt EXTREMELY comfortable and had a VERY pleasant experience. I never really write reviews, but I felt this time really warranted one. I love my new car and love the service I got from EVERY single person I ran across. The general manager also remembered my name and had small talk conversation as we would cross paths. Great Experience. I recommend them to EVERYONE. Also the prices of their vehicles were VERY VERY competitively priced. I did my homework and research before I came in and compared prices and vehicles within 200 miles of the memphis area. The comparable prices of their vehicles of the exact same car and similar mileage was about 2000 less than everywhere else! Thats why I initially chose to visit there, but the way everyone treated me solidified the deal. Thanks AutoNation Nissan of Memphis!!

Purchased an NEW F350 a few months ago. Began to hear loud noises maybe from the transmission. After speaking with Jonathan on Monday morning he told us to bring the vehicle to Auto Nation. Jonathan stated he would contact Ford to verify that the work could be performed and follow up with us upon hearing from Ford. We asked for a receipt that stated what the problem was and when to expect the work to be done. Tuesday morning we took the vehicle to Auto nation. On Tuesday evening Jonathan stated he had not heard from Ford. Also at this point he had not given us a diagnosis of the problem. Also keep in mind this truck only has 3000 miles and it is new so IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!!! Wednesday we called to follow up on the truck and was told that Jonathan had a family emergency. Thursday upon our follow up Jonathan told us that he was still waiting on a response from Ford...REALLY!!!! NO MORE GAMES WE WENT AND PICKED UP THE TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL NOTHING STATING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. Following Monday left a message for Ed Stock, Service Manager and Jamie Rutland, GM. Thanks Ed for calling me back but your staff needs to be written up or fired. Poor customer service and run around that your staff gave for a 50K truck under warranty. AS OF TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER NOR HAS JONATHAN CALLED TO SAY THE WORK WAS APPROVED. Friday called the dealership where we originally purchased the truck and not only have they given us a date to bring it in but will be giving us a loaner vehicle which is apart of our warranty. When asked if they needed to get approval from Ford they said they had never heard of that. WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER OF FORD HAVE TO DRIVE 300 MILES ROUND TRIP TO GET TRUCK WARRANTY SERVICED AND THEN DRIVE 300 MILES ROUND TRIP TO PICK UP WHEN YOU ARE 6 MILES AWAY FROM A FORD DEALERSHIP....REALLY!!!!! I AM ABSOUTELY NOT HAPPY AND WILL BE CONTACTING FORD DIRECTLY!!!

5 stars for the purchasing process! One of the best and easiest experiences! Kudos to the online sales team! Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the service department. I have brought my pathfinder in on 3 different occasions for an "easy fix" that has yet to be fixed. On top of that, every service coordinator I work with ends up leaving the company. High turnover=poor customer service. I would rate the service department 1 STAR!

Shopping for My Daughter's First Car for 16th Birthday -- Great Shopping and Buying Experience!! 5 Star Attitude - 5 Star Approach - 5 Star Experience I visited 6-7 dealerships about a month ago to test drive a variety of vehicles to see what I thought would be a good fit for my daughter. Last Saturday, I got up early did some research, and went out searching for 2 vehicles, Toyota RAV4 and Nissan Rogue. Spent all day, going all over memphis visiting 12 dealerships. Actually found a couple of possibilities. Decided to visit the last dealership on my list AutoNation NISSAN to look at a Rogue. I was greeted by a young man, who's approach I greatly appreciated - Jonathan Fought. (I hate when I'm greeted with a cocky, prideful, and/or arrogant Sales person that don't greet me with the intent to help me with what I'm looking for.) Jonathan Faught greeted me and he began for first LISTENING to me and what I was looking for. I felt he wasn't pushy, but instead was genuinely interested in HELPING ME the customer. (so far he was 2 for 2 in my book). Then he showed me what you had to offer in line with what I was looking for. He went over the features and benefits of the vehicle (again without being pushy or aggressive... 3 for 3 now). Took the Rogue out for a short test drive. I loved the way it handled and braking and I was convinced that the Rogue was going to be the car for my new 16 yr old. Now, it was just a matter if I was going to be able to buy it here or go back to 2 other options I had found early that morning. Both other vehicles 2011 were 1 owner with 32-36K miles. I really liked the car, Jonathan's attitude and approach towards me and I wanted to drive back to Bartlett to get my wife so she could see it and test drive if she wanted to. Then one of the Managers stepped in (can't remember his name) and offered to allow me to just take the vehicle to Bartlett to show my wife (I really appreciated the pro-active attitude and willingness to do everything possible and gave me the impression that the customer comes first). Then he went over the CarFax report and explained further how the report worked, what to look for and benefits of it. All of this still happened as I was leaving the dealership without the intent of buying the car because of the price being a little out of my budget. Now we're 4 for 4, I was truly impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, customer-first approach. After understanding the CarFax report and the value of being able to see the service records for this vehicle. I decided that I might want to adjust my budget just slightly in order to have this peace of mind of knowing what I was getting. All that said....I would highly recommend allowing this dealership the opportunity to help you with your search for a new or used car. I genuinely had a CUSTOMER COMES FIRST Experience with Jonathan leading the way. We decided to purchase the vehicle and surprise my daughter with it that night. They even lent us a big red bow to put on the vehicle (once again.... taking care of all the customer's needs). Since, the purchase, Jonathan has been following up with me to check to see if I had any questions, concerns or anything he might be able to help us with. We went to the dealership in search of a Nissan Murano we had seen on the Internet. When we arrived we were greeted by Shannon Webb he was super friendly and very helpful to my wife and myself. We don't have the best credit in the world we are trying to rebuild it and thought we could never afford such a great vehicle much less get approved for it but they work hard to get us approved and get us in the vehicle the same day. I would highly recommend this dealer and Shannon to anyone that is trying to get a better vehicle or a new vehicle because they will help you if they can we're living proof of that.

It was indeed a honor to meet Reggie Hill, salesman, Auto Nation Nissan Memphis. I informed Mr. Hill that I was in need of a car for my daughter who is in college. Mr. Hill was very courteous and professional as he assisted my husband and I in purchasing a car. We decided upon a a Nissan Altima. Mr. Hill described the Nissan product and it various program components that were available. He walked us through each step of the buying process. The salesmen were very busy, Saturday, March 28th, and Mr. Hill offered us something to drink and a snack while we waited for the next step, which was to sign the papers. Finally, we met Mr. Terry Simmons who assisted us in closing the deal (as you all would say) on the car. Mr. Simmons was very gracious and walked us through the signing process, and explained each document. Both, Mr. Hill and Mr. Simmons were professional and superb in during their job. EXCELLENT JOB! My car experience begin with the computer and the telephone. Flawn telephone voice was professional and courtesy. I told her the type of car I was interested in and she ensured me that it was in stocked. She was not a push saleperson trying to make a quick sale. She listen as we discuss the process. From the sales staff to finance officer, I had an A+ experience with everyone, Flawn, Steve, Reggie, and Josh was professional. I really dislike buying cars, but Autonation made the whole experience very pleasant. From the initial contact through the time I left, everyone was friendly, helpful, and honest. I never felt pressured and the salesman did a great job of answering my questions and keeping me updated on the status of my purchase. I would highly recommend buying a car from Autonation Nissan.
